Hi Currently I am new to talent but I get this message and can not assign roles, are these security roles or Talent position roles.
Also is there any automatic moving between the Apps for candidates- So once accepted do you just have to manually go and onboard that potential employee.
My other question is how do you customise the Look/ feel of the onboarding page so that you can display your logo etc... same for the rest of talent is there any branding or customization that can be done Out of the box to any elements of Talent

The workspace People (from your screenshot) will display the worker (assigned to the user logged in). So in my example:

You can also search in the menu for other employees, and you will be able to see/edit their data and their hierarchy:
Regarding your other question:
- As soon as a candidate in Attract accepts the offer, his record will move to Talent Core HR;
- Within Talent Core HR, you will be able to hire the person;
- The data that's currently send over is still quite limited;
The person will show up in the workspace personnel management:
