We are moving to Talent Q1 of next year and we have a variety of gaps that our current HR system is handling that we are looking for some guidance for how to incorporate within Talent. Is there a concept to have talent connect to external providers to pass benefit information back and forth. Another example the processing of W-4s.
At a minimal I would think this could be done with CSV export/import even if its a manual process possibly using the data management area within talent? Or another option would be a flow to consume the CSV and map within talent? Any guidance in this area would be appreciated.
This topic walks through integration guidance for Talent. It should provide with a start: docs.microsoft.com/.../data-integration
