when i send an order confirmation with batch by email some informations disappear from report but when i display it in screen i don't have any problem.

This is a custom report. Can you review if all operations related to the data provider are running correctly and is gathering data on server level? Did you do a good CIL compilation, as the batch framework is running CIL only.

In the Development workspace, you can go to the Build menu. Then choose the option for 'Generate Full CIL' or 'Generate incremental CIL'.
The incremental will only build based on changed objects. The full will consume more time, but will do a kind of full refresh.

you will have either data provider class or query in order to get the data on report. you need to get help from your development team and ask them to debug the code (in Visual studio) and see whether data is getting pulled in when batch runs.

Do you have multiple AOS instances running? In that case you should restart them all after a full CIL. PS. Did you try an incremental or full CIL?
