Hi,

I am trying to calculate costing version for the below item

After running, below is the infolog

There is active route version for both SA15373 and SA10611.

But still the warning log is appearing.

Please help me in finding out the real issue.

I checked Route feasibility and it's throwing error as there is no record in WRKCtrActivityRequirement table for that particular route.

Why is the WRKCtrActivityRequirement record is important to have Route feasibility?

Yes.

In 2012 you need to assign a resource to the route. there is a field for resource used for cost calculation. try adding data here and see.

Also add resource requirements...

The resource handeling in 2012 is way better, but also more complex then earlier versions.

I added resource requirements. Still there is error in Route Feasibility (Feasible icon) but no error messages.

Still same error while cost calculation

Also tick operation scheduling and also add a cost calculation  resource to the operation.

Go to your top level item and open the BOM designer and drill down until you find the coulperat. Remember to assign a site in the second pane on the form.
