Hi Prabath

What's do you mean for "cleared index files?"

If not yet done, from the folder C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\.. delete all *.auc and *.kti files

Hope this help you

Hi Denis,

Thanks for the reply

Index files are the *.*I files created at the AOS start time.

This issue is not an user specific one. Every one gets the same error. Anyway We tried your solution for one user. Its not working.

According to our investigation this error is because AX is failed to read last record of sales order.

Hi Prabath

The Sales Order form is customized?

You have added new datasources?

Please, can you give me more info about this form?

it seems you have sales table or sales Line Table is setup as entire table cache

as SalesTable and SalesLine Table is high transaction table so we should not have such setup

please verify and modify the setup accordingly and update the output accordingly.
