You have not mentioned when it occurs. Is there any customization involved? You can try to use some eventing tools like Trace Parser to see when it fails. You can also check if the latest kernel build will solve this issue. (https://aka.ms/axbuild)
Randomly it is crashing,some windows server update is done,2 days back
Also check might tools available to check the log precisely.
Earlier we had Crash & Hang analysis tool
What tools is there to analyse crash in ax 2012 r3
Crash & Hang analysis is the tool, which was used earlier.
Plz help to check which tools now available
If you think it is related to the Windows server update, then for sure check the latest kernel builds. There were more issues also on other applications due to more strict security in this Windows update. E.g. a client which was updated could not use remote desktop to a server which was not updated with the latest updates.
