We have a stock installation of Connector (3.3.824.1) running on AX 2012 R2 (6.2.1000.6189) integrated with CRM 2011 (5.0.9690.3731).

After a Contact to Contact Persons Service map runs successfully, the newly created contact in AX is unable to sync back via Contact Persons Service to Contact map.

  1. Submit contact from CRM to AX
  2. Contact is created successfully in AX
  3. Contact in AX attempts to sync with entity in CRM
  4. Sync errors with below details

The error received is:

There are no available picklist values for freight terms in CRM and I am unable to find any equivalent field in AX. The map for Contact Persons Service to Contact shows it is not attempting to set anything for 'freighttermscode'.
