I am using the timesheet entry workspace using the mobile app for Dynamics 365. Any time I enter on the PC browser, I can see it on my mobile app. However, any time I enter on my mobile app it completes without any error, however I don't see it on the PC browser. I still can see it on the mobile app. The notifications list on the mobile app shows sync completed.

Is it a batch group that needs to be configured? or anything else to look at?
