How to add details on form header once form has been opened. Just like ax is doing in when we open purchase order of specific purchase order number shown on purchase order details header on top.
Set property TitleDataSource on your form design. Then it will show TitleField1 and TitleField2 from the table.
What if i want to do this as same as ax is doing while opening purchase order details form ?
I don't understand what you mean. If you follow my suggestion the details will be shown on the form header. If that's not ok, maybe I don't understand your requirement. Could you try to share more details (maybe screenshots)?
In D365 is handled by form templates but as tag showing you are looking for AX2012. Couldn't recall exactly , try to create another form (details form) and do something with init method while calling it form a list page (header form).
If you check PurchtablelistPage property you will get idea how details form is opened .
PurchtableListPage > Design > Grid > Default Action.
This menu item is available in Action Pane and visible is No.
