I have an issue regarding Purchase Order, where we need to cancel product receive due to wrong information.
When we click cancel, we are getting this error
Its said the error got to do with accounting date, then we change the accounting date to current date. But still cannot proceed with the product receive cancellation.
Please advise what should we do to solve this issue. Really need help on this.
It seems that you have changed your account structure in the meantime.
If you want to use the correction functionality then you have to set the account structure back to its original state that it had at the time you posted the original packing slip.
Would be great if you could test this in a demo/test environment and let us know the outcome.
1. Accounting date is just information so no need to change that.
2. for account structure, try editing you current account structure so that the combination shown in error above is still valid. once updated/activated, try reversing again.
