One of our item model group items, associated items are not showing transaction.For instance, if we want to check transaction any of the item related to this item model group, go to engineering tab and again if we want to click on transaction button the transaction button is disappear or disable to show the transaction. In above image one image showing error related to that item model group. Please check and respond.

Did you double check this item model group is used on the products or probably another which is not set as stocked product?
Is the item type of this item a service product?

I would expect that the stocked product parameter is disabled.

The error message suggests you have not set this up to be for stocked items.
For non stocked items there logically will not be inventory transactions?
(A Service item may be set either as non-stocked, or as stocked (for sub-contract purposes.)
For non stocked products the system will not keep the transactions nor show on hand.
The conversion from non stocked to stocked is not possible, only stocked to non stocked (it is possible for service items - docs.microsoft.com/.../convert-to-products-not-stocked-form)
Otherwise create a new Item and attach it to the correct model group and do what is needed to close down any open orders or to adjust stock.
Do you have some customizations in this environment?

No, customization in this environment.
In entire application, there is no other check other than stocked item where the error message is shown. Here are few things you can try:
1. Go to item > model group > view details and see if stocked is marked. I know that you have shared the details of model group, but don't see anywhere that this model group is assigned to the item. Please verify once again.
2. If everything looks good, remove the model group..it will probably give you error. then select back existing model group where stocked is marked. Try creating journal line again.
If this still doesn't work, can you pick any other item where the same model group is used and see if you can created the journal line for that item, we want to verify if the issue is with same item Or all items with the model group.
If with entire model group, then create another model group, mark stocked to yes, keep the inventory policy same (FIFO/Weighted average) as the current model group, update the model group on item and then try creating the transaction.
Please try steps above and keep us posted.

Can you try deleting the journal line and recreate it?

First of all, thanks for your kind replies, one more interesting thing is the item model group is "Engineerin", which is not available or exist in the item model group, as I go to view detail such as shown in the above image and then click on view detail it shows another item model group for example it shows "engineeringdept" item model group.Further, all the things are in these above two images please check and suggest your valuable views on it.
In the first post, you shared a screen where the item model group 'Eng' was used. Now there is a screenshot with 'Engineering'. The model group on the item is missing the last character. Can you tell what happened in your environment? Do you have scripts for importing/updating records?
I have no script for importing/updating records if you have please share. One thing more The above last comments are right. I checked it carefully when I go to view detail of this item model group there is no "Engineerin" item model group(there is Engineering item model group as on items list there is "Engineerin") as well as items of this item model group("Engineerin") are not showing any transaction for example if we register an item it will not be shown on "On Hand" and other items are showing "On Hand" as we registered it.(Please check an item associated with "Engineerin" model group)
What happened between the first screenshot ('Eng') and the one with 'Engineering'? Someone must have changed the data. But I don't know who did it and how. Or the screenshots comes from two different environments. Can you check this?
Probably, it would be better to get someone on-site to help you. This person can then check directly the contents in the database.
