To keep it simple we currently operate one legal entity (lets call this LE1) within AX 2012 R3 with a Call centre, I'm in the process of creating a new company/legal entity (lets call this LE2) which I wise to have its own separate Call centre.
However, when I create this new Call Centre with LE2 it a defaults itself within the operating unit to LE1.
Any suggestions pleeeease?
The call center form by design displays all call center (across multiple LE's). Create the call center record within LE2 in your case and you should be able to see LE2 as default LE. The Operating unit is sequential number and automatic pickup the next number (Irrespective of which entity you create the call center in). What issue are you facing?
