When I submit the record like i.e Purchase Requestion , Purchase Order , Expense Report for Approval. respective workflows are not running .
To view the tracking details i opened the the "Workflow History" for that record In a "Tracking Detail list" showing only one line
After Submit of record still workflow in Action "submiision" workflow is not moving further Action "Creation" .
How to make workflow run smoothly.

From what you write, I would expect that some of the necessary setups, especially the batch jobs might not be configured.
Can you have a look at the following site and double check whether you have setup all the different elements?

Can you please check in below areas if configured properly or not.
Below screen shots have been taken from D365 for your quick look and understanding.
1) System administration > Setup > batch group.
Make sure that for all the batch groups whatever you created in this form; batch servers must be available in the Selected servers section.
In above example; we have batch groups like 'Blank', 'Email' and 'Workflow'. You have to check in every batch group and push all batch servers from the "Remaining servers" section to "Selected servers" section.
2) System administration > Workflow > Workflow infrastructure configuration.
Make sure you have selected appropriate batch group as shown below.
3) System administration > Inquiry > Batch jobs.
In this form; workflow related batch jobs are set with "Waiting" status. And the recurrence of these batch jobs are set to "No End Date" so that these jobs should always run.
In addition; you can check the following to avoid any workflow related issues in future.
1) Make sure the person who is the approver; "Person" is linked with this user in the Users form in "System administration" module.
2) Users should have required role and privileges assigned to approve the workflow.
3) Make sure the approver is assigned in the workflow configuration form.
4) If the workflow you designed is "Participant" or "Hierarchy" based; make sure this is appropriately setup in system with user's position hierarchy and department wherever is required.
