I has make changes to our current Purchase Requisition Workflow, where i change the user to the new one.
After done changes, when to activate newly changes. Im getting this error.
Please advise what to do.

Which field did you change? Make sure that the new user is active.
Dear Adhha Adnan,
As QianQW suggested check the new user if it is active and has sufficient role assigned to access the system.
Also validate the workflow with error button. It will take you to the error page.
