Received this error message Budget Model 2019 does not exist when I click on Update Budget Balances. What could be the problem?
Budget revision numbers were uploaded to AX and is in Budget Register Entry Draft status now. In order to view in MR, i.will need to click Update Budget Balances
Does the budget model that you entered in the upload file exactly match the budget model that is setup in AX?
Can you send us the exact error message and the replication steps?
Did you make any progress here and have you been able to get the issue resolved in the meantime?
Would be great if you could keep us updated.
Hi the team just found out that when updating the budget balances, the system did not generate a data control ID which it should have. Still investigating why it did not generate. Anyway, it was patched backend first and enabled the updating to proceed.
