GOOD MORNING, I USE AX DYNAMICS, BUT THE WEEKEND WAS AN UPDATE OF THE SYSTEM AND NOW I HAVE PROBLEMS WHEN PRINTING MY DAILY, BECAUSE OF THE WEBSITE SHOWS A PRE-REMOVAL VIEW IN VERTICAL WHEN THE SYSTEM AX PRESENTS IT IN PREVIOUSLY TIME. THIS, BUT AFTER THE UPDATE I HAVE TO CONFIGURE EVERY TIME TO PRINT THEM IN HORIZONTAL.
THE QUESTION IS WHY WHEN DOWNLOADING THE WEB APPEARS TO ME AS VERTICAL BY DEFAULT AND DOES NOT RESPECT THE ORIGIN OF THE DOWNLOAD?
A download? Can you please explain what kind of file do you generate?
I assume you're talking about page orientation (portrait / landscape), is that correct?
By the way, please press the Caps Lock key. Thank you.
Good Morning Gabriela,
I would recommend that you get into contact with your system admins.
They implemented the update and should be able helping you with this issue.
This sounds like an issue with printer drivers. You may want to discuss this with your system admin. If you have downloaded and opened the attachment, then the orientation is up to the printer driver.
