I have subtracted 400 pieces of an item wrongly through Movement Journal there is stock -400. To correct this I have added 400 but these 400 not make 0 quantity. Please help to resolve the problem
Can you provide some screenshots. Also check of you used the correct item and all other inventory dimensions for the item. It has to be exactly same set of dimensions else your on-hand will show +400 and -400.
Hello Khalid Jameel,
Is it possibly that other people/processes also subtracted some pieces of this item?
What is the quantity that you currently see?
Can the issue be related to the fact that you have quantities located in different sites/warehouses and that your correction was recorded for a different one?
Tip: Have you thought of posting a counting journal for this item? In a counting journal you can simply specify a quantity of 0. This would wipe out any quantity that would still sit somewhere.
