I'm getting the below mentioned error while Importing the data through DMF.
am using ax 2012 R3 CU8 with office 2013 standard version. both the system and excel are 64 bit version.
i tried the excel versions of office 2013 and 2016 professional versions but still facing the same prob.
am getting this error while checking preview source file.
I got this below info-log while getting the data to staging table
The version of Microsoft Excel is not supported.-Exception from HRESULT: 0xC020801C'0' 'Customer' record(s) inserted in staging
Please help to fix the error.

Do you use service account to log in and import? or you are getting this error with your user ID?

What steps did you follow?
I checked the versions of office and OS both are 64 bit only. also i installed Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable (AccessDatabaseEngine_x64.msi).
Please try to go to the server running DIXF service.
