I try to import a salesorder via AIF inbound port. In the data policy of the port the field Salestype is activated and the xml has the tag in it but during import I get an error on the queue (damn its german) Datenquelle 'SalesType' ist nicht in Abfrage 'AxdSalesOrder' enthalten.
but..the field is available in Port, the fied is in the query and I can find it in AOT in the class
Could you check if you can see field SalesType in query AxdSalesOrder, in the SalesTable data source.
Do you have any modifications on AxdSalesOrder query? By default SalesTable fields are set to dynamic, so it should contain SalesType field.
Since you can see the field in the query, can you try doing an update of the AIF document using the wizard available? Do a CIL and refresh the services.
Please check if you are still getting the error after that.
yes it is there
Everything done. No changes. still the error
Did you try deactivating and re-activating the inbound port
Yes I tried to deactivate and activate again. Same result
Try to do a new CIL, it will restart the ports in the end.
Are you passing any data to this field? If yes, please share a screenshot of the data being passed.
I pass just a 0 to create an order as journal
Can you remove this mapping and try? It will be 0 by default while importing/. Correct?
How are you importing the records by the way? Do you have any code for the import?
When I do remove the mapping AX will create the orders as SalesOrder (as set in the CustParameters)
Ok. But you were able to create the order without any errors. Correct? Please do let us know how you are inserting the records.
No. as I said when I create the order over AIF I get the error that the SalesType field is not in the query AxdSalesTable (which is a wrong information...it is there)
Order creation over AIF import is failing.
If I remove the tag than an import is possible but it creates the order with a salestype setup in the customer parameters (not possible becaue only the orders for a specific customer should be created as journal
Hi CRSW, that is correct.
