I want to use DIXF to import Chinese version of product name (orginal version is English).
When create a template with CSV and input value (Chinese)
the data automatically change to ???? when I saved it.
I already updated my laptop preferred language to Chinese but it didnot work.
Could you please advise how to solve it?
CSV is a text format, therefore use a text editor to check the file. Letting Excel interpretting the file may hide a lot of important information.
What character encoding is your file using? UTF-8 is the usual choice, especially when you need characters from different languages.
Have you checked the regional settings of the CSV data format?
I can import via excel file.
Thanks for your suggestion.
