Two of my users just suddenly can no longer see the default field (customer account) on the form (Entity/Sales and marketing/Common/Sales orders/All sales orders). But when we personalized to bring in the filed, they can no longer filter on customer account field in All Sales orders form. The filed is grey out for them. This is just affecting two out of many.
I have reset their usage data, delete their .AUC files (Did not resolved this issue)
I deleted the users from AX, then recreate. (The issue go and return after few hours)
Has anyone facing this issue before and how did you resolved it?
do you have any customizations on this form? if yes, try to remove all customizations.
Are only two users affected by this issue?
Do those users who see this issue have a specific role assigned that others do not have assigned?
There is no customizations on this form. this issue is affection just 2 users alone.
They do not have any specific role different from others. Besides, they were working fine before now with no issue. This issue just came out of the blue for these two users
Please try to remove the usage data and personalization for the specific users.
I did all of that but the issue came back the following day.
can you try to add customer account field from the personalization form? check out if it exists in sales orders fields or not?
I added the customer account field from personalization form, but they can no longer filter from the fields after personalization.

it seems like a custom field. please re-check if customization exists or not.
There is no customization, the field is a default to the form. Other users including me see the screen shot below. This is from my whole account.
ok, I am not a developer, and just trying to help you. Maybe a developer can describe why there is "lotono" phrase on a standard field.
