In this Microsoft Dynamics Community video, Convergence Help Desk Coordinator Jan Smith explains the function and advantages of using the support help desk at Microsoft Dynamics Convergence Atlanta (April 24 – 27, 2010). The Convergence Help Desk allows Convergence attendees to receive free technical support for their Microsoft Dynamics product or Microsoft SharePoint. There is no signup required for receiving assistance from one of the Microsoft support engineers who will be present at the conference, and attendees can set up a time that is convenient for them to visit with an engineer. The Microsoft Support Team will follow up on any issues they are not able to resolve at the conference with a subsequent service request.

The hours of the Convergence help desk coincide with the Community and Learning Center hours and are as follows:

Saturday: 12:30 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday: 10:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Monday: 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
