  • CRM Sales
    • Assist regional teams in defining solutions based on MS CRM – define high-level solution scope, architecture, implementation approach and effort estimates.
    • Conduct CRM proposal technical reviews for European regions
    • Participate in customer presentations as required or support regional teams in preparing for customer orals
    • Participate in Industry events and forums
    • Active participant and technical leader within the Global CRM community
  • CRM Project Delivery
    • Fulfill architect role on CRM projects participating in all phases from envisioning, planning through execution and stabilisation.
    • Define CRM technical and application architectures, participate in detailed design, development and testing phases
    • Conduct technical QA reviews of ongoing CRM projects
    • Be the Europe subject matter expert for technical CRM related topics
  • CRM Capability
    • Support CRM capability plans for each region in conjunction with CRM Solution Director and Regional Leadership
    • Conduct CRM technical training for regional resources
    • Provide input on European CRM asset needs based on local market demands
    • Work with CRM Solutions team and area/regional solution teams and practices to develop and refine specific assets
    • Maintain ready availability of CRM demos, labs, prototypes for use by regional teams for sales and training purposes
  • Develop relationship with CRM team in Microsoft Europe
    • Understand the CRM product roadmap, release dates and launch activities
    • Escalate technical learnings, challenges and feedback from customers and European CRM community



  • Strong  technical acumen and understanding of Microsoft CRM from technical and functional perspective
  • Expert in integration architectures including development tools/products, and standards
  • Demonstrated technical program/project management and execution experience.
  • Business Process Analysis and Design
  • Baseline knowledge and understanding of CRM functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Contact/Call Center
  • Strong knowledge of the following products
    • Exchange
    • Windows Server
    • Active Directory
    • IIS
    • SQL Server
    • .NET , XML, SOAP
    • Office/IBF, Outlook
    • BizTalk
  • Technical/Other Skills: Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, strong technical background on MS technologies/trends.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience using web development tools and architectures such as VB, C++, SQL Server, ASP, OOD.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with multiple platforms:  Web Servers, NT, Windows 2000, and Application Servers.



  • Postgraduate degree; technical degree, IT, engineering or related preferred5+ years experience in customer solution development and delivery with focus on CRM
  • 7+ years of demonstrated managerial and leadership expertise; experience leading projects for customers
  • NET preferable

    • Experience with assigned technology and project implementation in this technology
    • Specific knowledge of the Microsoft product line and software development preferred
    • Ability to guide and direct leadership teams in development, production, and promotion of solution offerings
    • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity, credibility, and character

  • Certification in SISA (required)
