Join Mark to learn about different types of Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV resources available for end users, super users, developers, and more. Find out what's going to work best for you to maximize the time you have to find answers for what you need.
12:45 - 1:45 PM: Upgrading to BC: What makes sense for you?
James will be presenting to help learn the key decision criteria and the impacts to consider, available options and timing for the various elements of the transition, what's "do-able" and what's not, questions to ask your partner and your add-on providers, and more to help you decide if upgrading to Business Central is the right move for you.
2:00 - 3:00 PM: GP to Business Central 101: Should you make the move?
Debbie will help guide you through some of the key differences between GP and BC, and some recommendations on how to evaluate your options, to help you make your decision for your future.
4:30 - 5:30 PM: It Takes a Little More to be a BC Champion
Join Ravi in covering how to choose the proper champions, how to on-board them, gain their "buy-in" and provide incentives for different steps of the project. Then learn how you can help that champion gain acceptance from the team for their new tasks, and how to have a successful launch of the new software.
Thursday, October 17 – Drinking from the MS Kool-Aid
8:00 - 9:00 AM: GP to Business Central 201: How to Migrate Your System Successfully
Janelle will help you walk through three ways to migrate from GP to BC, the advantages and perils of each, and dive into specific differences in functionality, terminology, and reporting that you'll need to address during the migration.
10:45 - 11:45 AM: Lessons Learned from Migrating to Business Central in the Cloud
Melissa will help you with a run-through of insights, tips, and lessons learned from users, covering topics and decisions you'll need to address as part of the project. It's quite the variety - including managing your sandbox environment, setting up security and handling user name credential changes, addressing setup choices related to dimensions, journals, etc., browser options for your users, UI/role center options, and more!
1:30 - 2:30 PM: Unlocking the Power of Excel
Join Corey for a focused dive into how to leverage Excel for performing advanced analytics. He will review sophisticated functions that can make you more efficient, such as index-match, SUMIFS, and rank. Corey will also show you how to work effectively with a large amount of data, and how to generate and present KPIs.
Friday, October 18 – The HOME Stretch….
