There was an excellent series of videos that have been posted recently that walkthrough the setup and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Claims and Internet Facing Deployments (IFD).  The video series was done by Kim Johnson who is one of the Premier Field Engineers for CRM.  These are good videos for anyone who is looking at doing a new CRM implementation and are thinking that they are going to want to leverage IFD for mobility purposes.  Claims and IFD can also give administrators a way of using a variety of domain and authentication sources to allow users access into CRM in a secure manner.
