What Makes Excellent Training?

Dynamics GP Land takes a look at what makes excellent GP training. I would add:

1) Even a modest sense of humor helps.
2) Shorter, more focused training sessions. In an always on world of crackberrys, iPhones and communication everywhere, if sessions are too long either connectivity or sleep will steal steal people's focus. I realize that this is not always efficient but neither is a room full of sleepy, distracted people.
