Knowing which security artifacts are used in a process flow in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance

• Create a task recording and ssave the axtr file for your business process
• use the feature 'Security diagnotics for task recordings'

• Load the axtr recoding
• D365FO shows all screens 
• Specify a user ID to validate access
• 

Click add reference to know which security artifacts are possibly needed

If role needs to be assign could directly assign to the user and if other level access like duties/privileges then use screen 'Security configuration'

make updates and publish the security changes and ask the user to sign in again
