Version 10 Windows

One of the biggest changes for version 10 was the adoption of independent windows. Windows now operated outside the main background window. This caused some consternation among GP users and a yes a few users got really wound up about. Ultimately, I think it was a change for the better. Now David Musgrave gives us an explanation of why the change was made to Version 10.0 and its individual windows.
