Ben Thompson - Community Spotlight

I am a Solution Architect who has specialised for the past 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / 365. Having previously worked for companies including British Aerospace, HPE, Hitachi Consulting and most recently across Europe for Microsoft’s Dynamics Global Domain Consultancy I’m currently in the process of setting up my own small independent consultancy Houdini.co.uk. As a company we are also working on a set of ISV solutions (available from Appsource) to address some of the custom security and data management requirements many larger companies require.

I live in Darlington, United Kingdom a town best known as the birthplace of the railways but within an hours drive of 4 different National Parks where you will find me if I have any spare time.

The Dynamics Community is a great place where you can get answers to your questions no matter how simple or complex. I find answering questions a really great way that allows me to double-check my knowledge while helping others at the same time.
