World's Most Admired CompanyIt isn’t every day that a company can say that the products and solutions that sell, enhance and transform for their customers are from two of the world’s most admired companies. Thanks to the latest list from Fortune which includes Microsoft and Salesforce.com, Ledgeview Partners now has that honor.

As it closes in on one year at the helm of the ship we call Microsoft, Satya Nadella has certainly not stood still and really made his mark on the company with aggressive moves into cloud based software and alliances with (former) enemies Salesforce. This this years ‘Most Admired’ List Microsoft came in at #20, up 4 spots from 2014.

The Nine Key Attributes of Reputation and their rank for Microsoft were:

Innovation 8
People management 3
Use of corporate assets 3
Social responsibility 3
Quality of management 4
Financial soundness 1
Long-term investment value 4
Quality of products/services 6
Global competitiveness 1

In the world of Customer Relationship Management or ‘CRM’ in which we live here at Ledgeview Partners, there is no bigger giant or success story then the world’s largest online provider of CRM Software, Salesforce.com. After posting a record $4.07 billion in revenue in 2014 (not bad for being just 15 years old) and being named by Forbes as the world’s most innovative company for the 4th year in a row they (finally) crack the Top 50 of the World’s Most Admired Company and for the third year in a row capture the #1 spot for most admired computer software company.

Here are the Nine Key Attributes of Reputation and their rank for Salesforce.com

Innovation 1
People management 1
Use of corporate assets 4
Social responsibility 1
Quality of management 2
Financial soundness 6
Long-term investment value 2
Quality of products/services 2
Global competitiveness 5

You might be wondering how these companies were selected or just how to become the world’s most admired company (which is Apple by the way) – check out the short video that explains it all.

And I am sure with anyone who has an ounce of curiosity when told who is #20 and #50, they want to see the entire list.  – Okay, here you go.

If you want to see first-hand, the CRM products that both Microsoft (Dynamics CRM 2015) and Salesforce.com have built to change the way we do business give the most admired sales people in the world a call at Ledgeview Partners.
