A client emailed recently with a straightforward question. Before I could answer, she emailed back “never mind, I found it in your book.” Don’t waste support incidents, save them support incidents for real issues and pick up the the Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 Cookbook instead. The client who emailed isn’t even running Dynamics GP 2010, she’s running version 10 but the answer was still in in there.
