Sure Step Mis-Steps

Richard Whaley looks at some work he has done cleaning up after Sure Step Mis-Steps. I think that figuring out how to adapt Sure Step to the implementation size is important. The problem is that many smaller clients don’t want to pay for the time it takes to document an implementation. From the partner side those are often the implementations with the greatest risk and therefore the ones in need of the most documentation.
