Ravi Kashyap - Community Spotlight
I am a Dynamics 365/ CRM Consultant with more than 11 years of industry experience. I started my career as an ASP.Net/ C# Developer but after almost 5 years, I got my first interaction with Dynamics CRM. Since then I dedicated myself to Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM. I am passionate about CRM and always say to people around me that "if it is related to CRM, I am all in."
With Dynamics 365/CRM, my first job role was Support Engineer with Microsoft Dynamics Support Team where I developed this passion of troubleshooting issues & providing solutions to business problem. Even after discontinuing as a Support Engineer, I continue to do this through Microsoft Dynamics Community. This has now become my favorite activity. I am also interested in community tools and believes that these tools are life savers for anyone who is working in Dynamics 365. I have contributed to Dynamics 365 Workflow tools and have plans to contribute as much as I can.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Science (Mathematics) and master's degree in Computer Application, along with various certifications from Microsoft. I live in Brisbane, Australia with my beautiful wife Deepti and my little princess Akeera. Other than CRM’ing, I also enjoy playing badminton.
The Dynamics community - A place where you are surrounded by people who are ready to help. A place where you feel "achieved" when someone says "Thank you for your help, you are great, you saved my life...". A place where you say to yourself "Ohh, I didn't know that" or "Ohh, this is a better way to do this." In a nutshell, a great place to get help, give help, access your own skills, improve your knowledge and get up to date with what's happening within the Dynamics world.
