I got an advance copy of Ian Grieve’s new book  Implementing the Microsoft Dynamics GP Web Client and it’s a terrific resource for the GP web client. Ian walks through the whole process for a scale out (multiple server) deployment of the GP web client. Mariano has given this a lot of coverage too but it’s nice to have step by step instructions all in one place.
