I am a "Super" user in my tenant. I would like to set my role to "RapidStart Services Implementer Role Center", but I don't see it in the list of available roles. I am using "Essentials", BTW.
Instead, I only see the "Accountant", "Business Manager","Dispatcher - Customer Services", "Sales Order Processor", "Production Planner", "Project Manager", "Sales and Relationship Manager", "Administration of Users...", and "Team Member".
Is "RapidStart Services Implementer Role Center" actually available? If so, how do I reach it?
The role "RapidStart Services Implementer" is a profile and profiles can be edited (add, edit, or delete) from the Profiles page.
Perhaps, the profile "RapidStart Services Implementer" in your system has been deleted accidentally but the page Role Center "RapidStart Services Implementer Role Center" still exists and could not be deleted.
So you can recreate the profile again (but for the Tenant scope not the System; Note that the one you will create in the next steps has the same role as the one deleted):
1) Open the Profiles Page.
2) Click on the New action to create a new profile.
3) Enter data as in the image bellow and save.
4) Now the profile is created (recovered). Change your role to "RapidStart Services Implementer".

in BC, I can find the "Profiles" page, but the "New", "Edit" and "Delete" actions are inactive. I can use the "Copy" action to create a copy of one of the pre-existing 9 profiles, but I can't edit the copied profile.
Is your advice perhaps based on on-premises NAV? This doesn't seem to work the same way in BC online.

I have the actions NEW, EDIT and DELETE enabled in the BC online and I've just created another Profile !
Are you in a Production Environment or in a Sandbox one?
Interestingly enough, all of these profiles (including RapidStart) are available in my Sandbox. When I switch my role to "RapidStart Implementer" in the sandbox, I simply get a blank page, though.
BTW, "Cronus" in my production tenant also shows only the 9 roles listed in the first entry of this thread.

but the rapid start pages are available. search for "config". you get:

No. I'm beginning to wonder if this is actually intended to be part of the October release. The documentation people usually publish their updates well in advance of the actual functionality updates.
You can still use the configuration packages to import sales orders, though...
Yes, I found that out. I'm looking forward to the release of the role center, though. It should include some useful management stats.
