Hi Dear Community members,
I ma quite new to BC and trying to understand its capabilities and process.
I have a requirement for a client where released orders information needs to be exported out as a csv/xml file. This should include sales order header information and sales line information in the file.
I am unable to find such an xmlport or webservice to use to be able to do this export. Even in Data exchange framework, there is no way to add multiple datables into the field mapping.
Could some one point me in right direction as to how to achieve this ? WE are trying to use out of the box approach as much as possible and trying to avoid having to develop code in AL.
Thanks in advance ! Any help is much appreciated !
You could publish a page 42 as webservice and that will give you access to the sales header and lines.
Hi Suresh, thanks for your reply. I did try the page 42 and was able to successfully connect to the webservice.
However, it only brings back sales order information and not line.
