Wondering if anyone can help? I am trying to create a report in PowerBI which shows the journal information, debits and credits etc, but also shows who the user who entered the journal was and the approver (ID and approval date).
I have tried via General_Ledger_Entries, G/L_Register and Posted_Approval_Entries tables and making the relevant field relationships, but the report doesnt appear to work in all cases.
Has anyone tried this via PowerBI? If so, any help and pointers will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Perhaps a query api will help instead. Assemble the required data with this and then call it in Power BI. Any gaps can then be plugged with transformation in Power BI. Will make the processing time of the report better if the data formation is BC side instead.
