Recently I have been asked several questions about using notes within Unified Service Desk for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, I have previously created a blog post on this, which you can find here.

This time I have created a video showing how the notes control operates in my Unified Service Desk application and what configurations I have done to achieve this effect. Hopefully this video will answer any outstanding questions below might have.
