The Microsoft Dynamics Service Engineering team realizes that it is not always obvious where to find the latest information about what is going on with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Service. We are creating this blog to provide a place for our customers and partners to look for updates specifically about the CRM Online Service.
For CRM Online customers who have purchased CRM Online through Microsoft Office 365, tenant administrators can access service health information via the Microsoft Office 365 Service Health Dashboard. We are working on exposing service health information for all customers (whether or not they have purchased it through Microsoft Office 365) in the future. In the meantime, and for users that are not tenant administrators, we will be updating this blog with information about the service, including updates on outages or service degradation, as well as planned enhancements and upgrades.
The contributors to the blog are involved in the day to day operations and maintenance of the worldwide service. We are part of the Microsoft Dynamics Service Engineering Customer and Partner Experience team. The team is located around the world to provide the fastest and most efficient response to investigating and resolving issues with the CRM Online service wherever and whenever they happen.
IMPORTANT: Posting or responding on the blog does not take the place of filing an incident with Technical or Billing Support if you need assistance. However, if you see that we are aware of an issue that matches what you are experiencing, you don't need to file an incident or service request as long as your issue is resolved when we report that we have resolved the issue for all customers.
