On July 1, 2017 Microsoft released Dynamics 365 for Talent. This new Human Capital Management (HCM) application is cloud-based and utilizes Microsoft Common Data Services. The Talent application can be licensed as a stand-alone solution or part of the larger Unified Operations Dynamics 365 Plan.
