The three course series, CRM for Sales, enables sales professionals to learn the foundation of what a CRM system is, how to be more efficient in your tasks, and how Dynamics CRM can make you a more efficient sales person.
CRM Essentials for Sales Managers is a combination of conceptual and practical lessons every sales manager should learn if their organization has or is planning to deploy Dynamics CRM. It empowers sales managers to drive user adoption, increase visibility into their pipeline, formalize their sales process, and create team goals using CRM.
These four new offerings join the popular CRM Administrator Black Belt series – designed to help students master the art of administering, configuring, and adapting Dynamics CRM. The popularity of the Black Belt program has exploded; while at Summit, CRMUG Academy recognized nearly 80 program graduates from this past year.
On demand offerings enable students to complete classes online – anytime, anywhere, on any device, and at your own pace. Series courses can be taken stand alone or as part of the full series. CRMUG Academy On Demand courses will compliment ongoing CRMUG Academy live offerings, both virtual & onsite.
