With the release of Update Rollup 12 and the December 2012 Service Update, cross-browser supportability was added for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Like previous versions, Dynamics CRM 2011 and Dynamics CRM Online utilize the SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) ReportViewer controls to provide us with the toolbar for the various pieces of functionality within CRM. Things like, zoom, moving pages, printing, exports to various file formats, etc.
One item that has come up with testing is that there are a couple of the items that are not available via the ReportViewer controls in Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Specifically the Print and Zoom functionalities. Linked below is the supported list that is maintained by the SSRS team:
There are two different workarounds available on this:
1) Run the report that you wanted to print from Internet Explorer
2) Export the report to Word or PDF and print from there
