Unable to access Reports after CRM WEB Server is upgraded to Windows Server 2012.
Below error message is displayed on CRM UI.
Error Messages logged in Application Event Log:
Report Server (MSSQLSERVER) cannot load the MSCRM extension.
Report Server (MSSQLSERVER) cannot load the MSCRMFETCH extension.
This is a known issue after upgrading the server with CRM Report Extensions to Windows Server 2012.
1. Log on to the computer where the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Reporting Extensions is installed.2. Then, click Start, type Programs and Features, and then click Programs and Features in the Programs list.3. Uninstall. To remove (uninstall) the CRM Reporting Extensions, right-click Microsoft Dynamics CRM Reporting Extensions, click Uninstall/Change, select Uninstall, and then click Uninstall. 4. Install the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Reporting Extensions from CRM with UR6 bits [http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=27822].5. Upgrade Microsoft Dynamics CRM Reporting Extensions to UR13 or above.
