The Below error message is logged in Event Log on CRM Email Router server while processing a specific mail to CRM.

Error Message:

#9628 - An error occurred while delivering the email message with subject "FW: Email Subject" in mailbox xxxxxx@domain.com for delivery to https://disco.crm.dynamics.com/Orgname. System.ServiceModel.EndpointNotFoundException: There was no endpoint listening at https://orgname.api.crm.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details. ---> System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

We noticed that the emails with large attachments (>30MB) failed with the above message while Email Router try to process them to CRM. And this mail will interrupt the processing of other mails till the Maximum number of attempts are exceeded and moved to Failed state.
