Allan Retlef Lassen, a senior solutions
architect at Jyske Bank in Copenhagen working on their Dynamics 365
for Customer Engagement (CRM) platform, spoke with MSDW about his
participation at User Group Summit and what he expects other users
will want to talk about on arrival.
In the lead up to this year's event, Lassen has worked on the
programming committee for the Customer Engagement and CRM tracks.
