I have followed the step by step procedures and it installs clean. I am unable to browse local host or through CRM Deployment Manager. Any help appreciated.
What error message do you get?
just an HTTP 404. Same result when trying to browse from http:localhost, by IP, through Deployment Manager or through IIS manager.

Thank you, I found my issues were related to service accounts. I correctly set up all service accounts and it works on the server now. This is an internal facing install, my next issue to overcome is being able to see it from client browsers. I can see it on the local host just fine. I will keep researching. Thanks!!!
