I created a new instances and configured Voice of the customer. however they survey responses are not being created in crm after a survey is submitted.
anyone knows a way to fix it ?

It involves Azure storage & web roles to sync to CRM entity which may be stale. This will restart the sync up.

but this was feasible in the old version of VOC not the new one
Are you receiving response of other surveys?
If not then there may be problem in sending survey invitation.
