Hi,I am facing strange problems with data import.
Usually for option set fields I am able to select value for mapping, but currently I am not able to do so, i am offered only with Ignore value.
In field settings I have this value defined.

There may be an issue with the Excel document. Did you download a template for data import?
Try publish all customization and import/ map again.

This isn't my first time i do the import so the process should be the same.
I save the excel file as cvs format.
The error is sometimes like the one on picture above, and sometimes i get:
Meaning that i cant select mapping for option set fields.
Did you check my above message, it seems like an issue with the product as there are other facing the same issue.

Glad to see I'm not the only one with this error.
I have a ticket raised with MS Support last Saturday and am trying to escalate it...
Please share with us the progress with resolving the issue.
A workaround to that is to name your source datas header columns exactly as the Dynamics crm fields.
Also the values in your source must have exactly the values available in Two Options Fields and Option Sets.
Then the wizard does an auto mapping (you do not need to click through the buggy user interface) and will import the data.

Hi Simon, I must admit I haven't tried that. Might work.
Nevertheless, I received this info from Microsoft Support this morning:
"...this is a known issue and it is going to fix by the end of this week or probably by the coming week."
