Greetings,

We are considering migrating our v4 On-Premise CRM to the MS Hosted-Cloud solution.

We have some custom reports that have been created for us. 

 

Is there any way we can upload our data and reports to the Hosted Trial--

To get a 'real deal' evaluation of the MS Hosted-Cloud solution? 

 

 If not, does the Hosted 2011 allow us to bring our custom reports and create additional reports if we need?

Hi,

Here's a blog we wrote a while back about moving a crm 4 on prem to 2011 online.  We have inhouse code that we use to iterate thru all entities and moves all the data.  All entities, including all activities, including notes and attachments are moved to crm online:

Regarding your custom srs report.  In crm online you can write custom srs reports, however, they need to use fetch xml instead of sql queries to retrieve the data.  MOst likely your reports will need to be re-written to work in crm online.  Here's a short blog on writing reports with fetch xml:
