synchronising his computer with Outlook and CRM

Hullo everyone

One of my colleagues has a problem synchronising his computer with Outlook and CRM when he's been working in offline mode at home.

A green bar indicates that everything has completed but the last element "Propagating customisations" remains in "In progress"

Has anyone else had this problem?

  • Is able to successfully go back online without any issues? Sometimes if there are lot of customizations this can take some time. How long has it sat before closing the application?
